Our first tournament of the New Year is coming in February. Advantage Tae Kwon Do is sponsoring a tournament in Lititz, PA on February 23rd. To help our students prepare, GDD has tournament training classes each Friday night from 6-7pm for ALL belt levels. Come practice for yourself, and help motivate your peers to keep striving, keep learning, and keeping DO-ing.

There are not many instructors like Maria Patalinghug. My 3 children earned their black belts with her as a mentor and instructor. She is knowledgeable, strong, and unique in her teaching methods. Highly recommend her and Golden Dragon Defense!
