Women's Self Defense

Golden Dragon Defense is hosting a Women's Dynamic Self-Defense seminar on Saturday, September 22nd from 2-4pm. Ms. Maria will be conducting the seminar and has close to 40 years of experience in the martial arts. Her seminar builds women's self-confidence and teaches public awareness of one's surroundings. In addition, she teaches the proper way to defend ones self from an attack. So many women have benefited from this seminar, with many returning to take it more than once. Attendees highly recommended the seminar to their friends and family. Everyone gives Ms. Maria high praise not only for her teaching style, but the content and manner with which she teaches. She uses her black belt instructors to present real world scenarios, grabs and holds. Women are tested at the end of the seminar to see if they can actually apply the material they were taught.
